Now this is not only amongst the low- income population but also amongst the middle and high- income population.
Depression and drug misuse is becoming more common amongst the youngsters in india, for instance, suicide is the leading cause of death in people aged 15–29 years.
Bodybuilding(fitness) is a sport that will let you recover and be cautious about depression and drug use, the reason being, if you need a good body you definitely can’t do drugs and once you get a good physique, your self esteem will eventually boost, because a good physique will give you a feel good look good mindset.

The statistic shows the results of a survey conducted by Cint on the average number of times fast food from quick service restaurants was consumed per week in India. During the survey, 66.34percent of Indian respondents stated they eat fast food more than once per week. If you’re overweight and out of shape, you’re most likely prone to get sick, which will In turn make you miss work and spend more on medications and health care.
